Friday - Mullum farmers market is an absolute MUST to buy the best local produce. Located at the Mullum Showgrounds. It’s the best experience and you meet all the growers and the locals.

Tuesday - New Brighton /Ocean Shores 

Thursday - Byron farmers market 

Saturday - Bangalow farmers market 

Myocum Roundabout 

The Farm makes and sells the best bread in Byron called The Bread Social. Sausage rolls are also (especially the Vegan ones) amazing!

The food at the Three Blue Ducks at the Farm is also really good and they do breakfast, lunch and dinner on the weekends. Just gets very busy and touristy as a lot of traffic from the Gold Coast seems to stop off there. Early in the morning to collect bread for home is a good stopping off place.

IGA Mullum and Woolies in Mullum are your closest supermarkets.

Santos Mullum - Wholefoods, sells Bread Social bread.

Santos Health food shop is great too. Sells Bread Social also.

Organic veg shop next to Mitre 10 on Stuart st is good.

Fish and chip shop in Mullum sells a few types of fresh fish. 

Trevor Mead - Best butcher in Byron at 109 Johnson street. There is a butcher in Mullum too which is okay but I prefer Trevor Mead. 

Asian supermarket next to Trevor mead is incredible for Asian ingredients.

Bay Sea Food - best Fish shop in Byron 25 Lawson St Byron. 

Ballina Fish Co-op - Great locally caught fish

Bay Grocer - My absolute favourite food shop in the area is the Deli/food providore called Bay Grocer and its just off the new bypass in Byron. It has every cooking deli ingredient you will ever need including local Bread Social . Fresh produce, deli, meats, roast chooks, gourmet goods. Catering .
